About

I'm Mohamed Haj Latouf, a strategic advisor operating at the intersection of business, finance, and human judgment. My background in Industrial Engineering, combined with a Six Sigma Black Belt, gave me the analytical foundation to see what others miss, the inefficiencies, the structural gaps, and the real leverage points inside any business or deal. What I've built beyond that is a global perspective shaped by years of living and operating across the Middle East and Europe, and a private network of operators, investors, and decision-makers that took years to earn.I work with a select group of individuals and organizations, not everyone, by design. The best outcomes come from the right fit.

Abstract Brush Strokes

My Expertise

My Philosophy

Business structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, real estate advisory, deal structuring, pitch decks, and strategic introductions. I operate across disciplines so you don't have to piece together a team of people who don't talk to each other.

Clarity beats complexity. The best decisions are simple, they just require the right perspective and the courage to act on it. I don't believe in overcomplicating what is already difficult. I believe in cutting through the noise and telling you what actually matters.

My Commitment

My Experience

When I engage with someone, I'm fully in. I bring my network, my attention, and my honest judgment, not a templated answer. I don't measure success by deliverables. I measure it by outcomes.

A cross-cultural perspective shaped by years of living and operating across the Middle East and Europe. Backed by Six Sigma methodology, and refined through real-world exposure to business deals, investments, and high-level advisory work across multiple industries and geographies.

Beyond direct investment, I support fundraising mandates, working with founders, operators, and sponsors who need a capital markets partner that understands both the narrative and the numbers. I build the investor case, map the right capital, and open the right rooms.
